Marcus Darksteel: Generic Fighter Started a new D&D module, and built a new character to play. The new guy is an ex-soldier mercenary type, with a high enough base attack, HP, and AC to actually be useful this time around. Medium: Sharpie markers mostly. Minimal touch-up in photoshop (including the text).

Character designs for a comic I’ll probably never write called “Mario Gaiden.” The premise is that it’s the real story behind the games, not just the drug-addled interpretation brought to us by Miyamoto and his friends at Nintendo. Also, yes, Toad and Goomba use the same lines. I’m lazy and they’re both shrooms.
