As you may have noticed, I haven’t been doing much by way of photography recently. That’s partly because I’m lazy, partly because I’ve been preoccupied raising a toddler, but also partly because I’ve been working on other things in the artistic/creative realms.
With the new year, I’ve been thinking about what changes I can make; while I’d like to do more photography, I’ve got a lot of other things I want to work on as well. I’m not just a photographer, and as such, I figure the site bearing my name shouldn’t be just a photo portfolio. That’s why I’m going to be doing a little remodeling on my site here, condensing some of my work from other pages, and cross connecting everything into a much more unified online presence. This site will serve as both a gallery and as a progress blog where you can look at what I’m working on as I do it. I’ve also done some re-branding, including a new personal logo, and once I get some pricing research done and product photos taken, I’m planning on opening a new etsy store to sell original pieces.
Anyway, long story short, please pardon my dust, as I’m in the process of reworking this site. The photography that is currently here will still be here, but reorganized a bit, and placed along side a variety of other works, including paintings, woodworking, 3D art, traditional drawings, fonts, and any other projects I feel like sharing.
